Company Introduction:
Here on 6 acres of retail agriculture we have a wide array of operations within our departments. These departments include:
- Seasonal sale staff
- Seasonal cashiers
- Seasonal Annual/Perennial house sales
- Seasonal greenhouse production team
- Seasonal Yard crew/carry out staff
- Seasonal Container planting
- Horticulturalist
Yard Crew
- General yard maintenance and upkeep of the entire acreage. Operating equipment and large machinery once trained.
- Strong communication skills required both in person and over walkie radios.
- Potting up large plant material. Processing of B&B shipments on our hill. Watering/ tending to plants and awareness of customer assistance.
- Strong time management, problem solver, and multitask as part of a team.
- The ideal candidate operates with integrity, understanding that we work hard but can still have fun while we do it safely. The tasks for everyday are diverse.
- Part and full time positions available.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to handle physical demands within OSHA guidelines.
- Must be able to lift and carry 60+lbs regularly.
- Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions, and dress appropriately for daily tasks.
