Returns and Exchanges

Valley Nursery is happy to accept returns for a full refund within 7 days for plants and 30 days for any other merchandise with a receipt. Items must be in sellable condition.

All sales are final on clearance and holiday items.

Returns will be issued to the original form of payment. Cash refunds under $100 will be issued in full. If the cash refund is over $100, the remainder will be issued by check within 5 business days. Check refunds will be eligible for a refund 15 days after the purchase date. A check will be issued within 21 days. All returns are eligible to be issued via store credit.

We reserve the right to change our return and exchange policy at any time.

Warranty

Valley Nursery has a one year warranty on hardy trees and shrubs. If your plant does not survive we will issue a store credit for the purchase price. In order to be eligible the plant must be dug up and brought back to the nursery with a receipt.

Excludes: tender plants, annuals, vegetables, perennials, houseplants, citrus, grasses, custom containers, hanging baskets, and plants killed by winter extremes.
